Roasted/broiled Radishes

    Surprisingly I'm not much of a fan of roasted radishes I guess! I like them better raw. The flavor and seasoning was good but I could only eat a couple pieces before I had enough. It wasn't horrible, or tasted bad because I could see someone liking them, just not me. Maybe not as a side dish I'd like them? Oh and I threw in some chopped leeks that I needed to use, those I liked!

Crispy and cold Only way I have had them so far. With 2 "Picky" people not liking them, maybe I should keep it that way : P Very nice picture. Did you taste it before you took the pic? The pic looks like they would be good. When cooked do they still have that hotness to them?

They did lose their spiciness but still had the flavor, not at all "sweet" though like I've heard some people say about them. I think I liked the flavor just was expecting something different and what I didn't like was just them being warm in general.

    They were warm but I remember them being good. But - then - they had butter all over them. :)
    I also remember my radishes were small so I didn't cut them. I think that may have made a difference. Maybe they stay tastier if they aren't cut - all the radish juices stay inside. :-P
