    Rosemary Parmesan Salmon

Boy, was this ever good! I usually have all of the ingredients around - except maybe a lemon - so I loved that fact. Ate it all. :-P Added a picture, too.

Looks nice and crunchy ontop! I see you left the skin on! I've been researching lots of salmon recipes...I want to surprise Mr. Lillian with a salmon dinner for his birthday. I don't like rosemary though... do you think I could I use parsley instead?

Oh, I'm sure you could, Lillian. I think any herb would do. I've been using thyme with fish lately. It adds an interesting flavor. Yes, it was a skin on fillet. The fish came off of it nice and easy!

I like thyme...maybe I'll use thyme and parsley!

I have a slab of salmon in the freezer with the skin on...I'll leave it on too then!

I'm either going to try this recipe or get the nerve to make him a whole lobster! Shandy talked me into it! lol!

I have to make him something GREAT because he bought me a new laptop for my 50th birthday recently! I don't know if food can top that but its all I got! =)

Oh, Lillian, I could never do a lobster. I need someone else to kill my food for me. Funny because I grew up on a farm. Go figure! Nice present, by the way. :)

lol...lol...lol...my hubby said he would throw the lobsters into the boiling water for me! But I told him, if I do this I'm going all the way by myself!

Thank you...I love the laptop! Its so much faster than my old one! But I don't know how to use all the great features yet, like the web-cam! I can't even figure out how to access the tech support! lol! I really need to take a computer class, but that would cut into my cooking time!
