Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 13"x9" baking pan. Arrange salmon filets in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the lemon juice, 1 tsp. of the rosemary and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drizzle evenly over the salmon.
  • In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tsp. rosemary. Sprinkle on top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and top is golden brown.

This is a lovely recipe! I'm always looking for different ways to prepare salmon that do not enhance the strong fish flavor as my beau is particular about that. He enjoyed this and so did I & we'll be adding it into the rotation. Thanks!

I made this too! I saw it in the IMI group when Frankieanne mentioned it! I used the Panko also...nice crunch from that! I didn't have lemon juice but I did have some lemon zest in the freezer which worked perfectly. I used 1/2 tsp. of that. I also subbed thyme for the rosemary...this also worked perfectly!

This dish had a nice, fresh, light flavor. My husband was thrilled with this recipe! He's a big salmon lover! Thank you for this recipe that I will use often! I added my photo =)

Wow, this was so good! I used Panko breadcrumbs, too. My salmon took a bit longer to cook - 25 minutes. I loved the crunch of the breading. Really delicious and the ingredients are ones I keep around. Added a picture. Thank you!

I grill 99% of all the salmon we eat in the Brazilian way (check out my recipe, Dianne!), but next time we have salmon, I want to try this! Thanks for posting your recipe ~ it's now in my recipe box.
