Wow these are some good quesadillas! Never would have thought of roast beef in these but it was SO GOOD! After one bite I scraped the sour cream aside cause with all the salsa and cream cheese going on, it's totally unneeded. Another good one GK!

Thanks yall! Lol Frankie I admit I cheated again and probably always will ;) It's just so much easier and not worth the chance of trying to scrape everything back into the tortillas.

I put everything on one side of the tortilla then fold it over. So when I do flip I flip from the folded side so everything stays in. So much easier!
