Saucy Maple Country Style Ribs

These were awesome! I had about 3 1/2 lbs. of ribs so I doubled up the sauce :) So easy to throw together in the morning. My sauce was on the thin side at the end so I ladled some out and put it in a pan and reduce slightly with what time I had while my side dish of broccoli sauteed away :) It was sweet and delicious, loved it and so did the family! Btw, the ribs did fall apart coming out of the slow cooker, as you can see :)

Great photo and good save on the sauce! The steam generated during the long cook time in the crockpot probably thinned it out. I have the same problem when I make BBQ pork in the crockpot :p

Great photo! I've been craving ribs and man do these look good! Even the broccoli in the back ground has me wanting a plate. I've noticed Country style ribs fall apart easier than regular ribs, but that's what makes them good.
