Sauteed Radishes

    I hate the taste of raw radishes...but when they're sauteed in butter, garlic, salt & pepper the are DELICIOUS! They actually taste just like sauteed cauliflower, but with the texture of pan fried potatoes! I love this way of making radishes! I'll be serving this next time, over pasta with grated cheese! =)

    Me neither, until I tried this! I just can't believe how it totally changes the taste of the radishes! It so cool! This is the only way I'll eat them from now on!

    @ Lilliancooks... I enjoy fresh radish in potato salad, but this definitely sounds worth a try. When you said that you would be serving this over pasta the next time, an Alfredo-type dish came to my mind.
