How to make it

  • In nonstick 12-inch skillet, melt margarine over medium-high heat. Add radishes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; cook 14 to 15 minutes or until radishes are fork-tender and lightly browned.
  • Remove skillet from heat; toss radishes with dill and transfer to warm serving bowl.

    lilliancooks ate it and said...
    I was just going to post this recipe and saw that you posted it! I just made these and they are soooo good! I totally hate the taste of raw radishes...but when sauteed with butter, garlic, salt and pepper, they are transformed into something different! They taste like sauteed cauliflower but with the texture of pan fried potatoes! I love it! And I love the pretty mauve color too! Great post Mystic! =) I'm adding my photo! =)
