Shrimp and Grits!!!

    Possumqueen has a real hit with this recipe!! I can't say enough about it. I wanted to give it a 10. This has become a family favorite!

    The grits are very smooth and savory. I did add a little cheddar but it would be great without it. The recipe was a little unclear about when to add the shrimp so I add them about 4 to 5 minutes before the gravy is done. I remove the tails before I cook it.

    Try it, you'll like it.
