I made this last weekend but my life has been nutsy cuckoo lately and I am just getting it posted here. What I did is posted on the recipe.
Hard to believe I bookmarked this eight years ago. Wow.

Haha Bakerme, I don't eat shrimp. But I like to look because sometimes you can sub it for chicken.....or in this instance you could just leave it out completely and it would probably still taste good! :)
