Shrimp Cobb Salad For One
I had a very busy day ahead of me today so I made this up early this morning for a quick dinner. I had some leftover bacon from the pasta salad that I crumbled on it as well. Used the leftover 1000 Island from the same. Perfect.

Thank you, everyone. I used to have a large pink depression glass collection but had to sell most of it when I moved into a smaller place. I kept a few of the lovelier pieces I had.

Thank you! I use my depression glass all the time. I guess I figure I should enjoy it. I've only broken one piece - depression glass does not like a microwave oven. :(
