This is totally delicious! The shrimp had a really nice crunch and texture to them and went great in the tortilla. I was unsure of how we would like the pickles in this...but I say, DON'T skip the pickles! I didn't have fresh horseradish on hand so I used prepared in the sauce. All the components are great together... and we so enjoyed these! Thanks DT!

I was just teasin' ya, ml2c. I actually do like pickles although I usually don't put them in sandwiches or on burgers. I like them on their own. Baby dills or baby sweet gherkins cold right out of the jar! They have to be the little babies though. I always put pickles in my macaroni or potato salads, too. But, I'd try them in this just because you said not to leave them out. :)
