Shrimp Salad With Herbs And Tomatoes
Trying to use up more tomatoes! This was very nice and I will definitely make it again although I will cut the thyme in half. I still gave it five stars just because its so good even if there was a bit too much thyme for my taste.
Forgot the salt and pepper though. :)

Oh my, what a beautiful pic FA! Thyme is one of those herbs that can be "too much"..I almost always use less then the recipe calls for, just in case..then after tasting, I can always add a little more..I learned this lesson the hard way:)

Oh, thank you, Marie. It was quite tasty. Yes, I think I learned a hard lesson, too, but it still was worth the five stars for me.
I forgot to say I found this using the search "tomatoes" and "shrimp." Also, for some reason, shrimp has been $5.99 a pound here every weekend which is cheaper than hamburger!
