Shrimp Simmered In Garlicky Beer Sauce

    We love garlic AND beer so we loved this for sure! Used ghee instead of butter and didn't measure the cayenne pepper, just dumped some in there :) :) The sauce really does reduce down nicely, and went perfect over some cauliflower rice. Thanks Frankie, it's a keeper!
