Simple Pickle Relish Recipe

Recipe by Greenlord: Simple Pickle Relish Recipe
Simple, quick, and another money saver. Just grind up what pickles you have. I used sweet gherkins. A squeeze of mustard and a pinch of dill and enough of the pickle juice to make a good consistency.
Instructions were a little confusing at the end. Nothing that can't be overcome.

What's the "one tablespoon (only if you like it sweet)" mean to you? Sugar?
So, I guess you didn't use the cornstarch to thicken it up. I love your pretty green picture.

That's the confusing part. One could assume sugar. But since I used Gherkins, no additional sweetener needed except for the pickle juice to make the relish workable.

What did you use this on? This recipe sounds simple enough....I would make it to go on hot dogs!

There's a meatloaf salad sandwich that called for some relish. It's in the fridge chillin'. A review tomorrow.
