  A very quick and easy pork roast. I'm starting to have trouble with my bake timer that shuts off the oven when it times out. Checked everything after an hour and a half and the timer had only ticked off one minute. Fortunately there is another independent timer on the stove.
  This roast turned out not as moist as I would have liked. Of course it was a loin cut instead of a tenderloin cut. Served it up over Garlic Herb Risotto With Parmesan and gravy from the pan drippings.
