How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Remove most of fat and membrane from tenderloin
  • Rinse
  • Place fat side up in 9x13 glass baking dish
  • Rub pork with seasoning to your desired taste- start with 2 tsp for both
  • Pour stock/broth along sides and in between pork
  • Cover dish with foil
  • Bake for 2 hours
  • Enjoy delicious fall-apart pork tenderloin!
  • -------------------------------GRAVY-----------------------------------
  • Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with 3 tbsp flour
  • Remove pork from pan as soon as it comes out of the oven
  • Gradually add flour mixture to hot broth in pan, stirring constantly
  • If not thickening, place pan over low heat and continue to stir

    Didn't have any pork seasoning but since we're using chicken stock I used chicken seasoning for the pork rub.

    I've cooked pork tenderloin all sorts of ways, and it was always disappointing. This recipe is the only one I've tried that I just loved! Moist, full of flavor and simple!
