Simple Pork Tenderloin

- 2 pork tenderloins shopping list
- 2-3 tsp McCormick pork seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup chicken stock/broth shopping list
- aluminum foil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Remove most of fat and membrane from tenderloin
- Rinse
- Place fat side up in 9x13 glass baking dish
- Rub pork with seasoning to your desired taste- start with 2 tsp for both
- Pour stock/broth along sides and in between pork
- Cover dish with foil
- Bake for 2 hours
- Enjoy delicious fall-apart pork tenderloin!
- -------------------------------GRAVY-----------------------------------
- Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with 3 tbsp flour
- Remove pork from pan as soon as it comes out of the oven
- Gradually add flour mixture to hot broth in pan, stirring constantly
- If not thickening, place pan over low heat and continue to stir

Didn't have any pork seasoning but since we're using chicken stock I used chicken seasoning for the pork rub.
