Simple Pork Tenderloin Recipe
Making this for dinner tonight. It's so easy and one of my favorites!

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2-3 tsp McCormick pork seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken stock/broth
  • aluminum foil

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Remove most of fat and membrane from tenderloin
  3. Rinse
  4. Place fat side up in 9x13 glass baking dish
  5. Rub pork with seasoning to your desired taste- start with 2 tsp for both
  6. Pour stock/broth along sides and in between pork
  7. Cover dish with foil
  8. Bake for 2 hours
  9. Enjoy delicious fall-apart pork tenderloin!

  11. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with 3 tbsp flour
  12. Remove pork from pan as soon as it comes out of the oven
  13. Gradually add flour mixture to hot broth in pan, stirring constantly
  14. If not thickening, place pan over low heat and continue to stir

This is delicious! Love pork tenderloin! Also love the McCormick pork seasoning!


I've cooked pork tenderloin all sorts of ways, and it was always disappointing. This recipe is the only one I've tried that I just loved! Moist, full of flavor and simple!
