Thanks guys! :) I was so happy with the way that turned out... it was a riot, I'm sure, to watch me make it, cus I hadn't intended it to be so saucy... but, as I was thinking and cooking and tossing... more things came together and sounded appealing, and the end result was really more than I'd hoped :)

And, Mr. Piggy, I have several stir fries... most of which contain lil or no soy sauce, because I don't care for it... but they are still really flavorful and super easy. Just dive in and give it another shot!

And, Piggy... hmmm... well, I have a beef and asparagus one, I have this and another chicken, I have a yummy noodle bowl type dish... you'll have to do a quick search of my recipes... I think you can check the "Asian" tag and see a few of 'em...

am doing a salmon one this weekend...so stay tuned! hehehe
