  I had some leftover chicken and have been wanting to make this. This is a very good nacho dish. The only thing I did differently was to use a yellow bell pepper since that was all I had and did not use cilantro which I never developed a taste for. Oh, and I dont know what whole kernel corn is compared to frozen in the bag corn :( which is what I used..... Couldn't take a pic. I left the camera at work......Thanks for the nice dish Pleclare
