  This was so easy!! My country style pork ribs were huge, as you can tell by my pic. lol, looks like a steak! I served this over rice which soaked up the wonderful sauce from the slow cooker. The onions are a great idea, which I also served mainly over the rice. Thanks Frankie!!!
