Slow Roasted Salmon With Fresh Herbs
I usually broil my salmon but when I saw the ingredients in this, I really wanted to try it. Two things I have plenty of right now are basil and rosemary! I cooked this in the morning so I wouldn't heat up the kitchen later on. I lined the pan with foil for lazy Sunday clean-up. :) I had a bit for an early lunch and I'll eat the rest cold tonight.

I'm not sure if I've had those flavors together either! Bet this was delicious :)
I'm curious about that smoked ketchup he was talking about...

    Thank you, everyone!
Yes, it was moist, MrP. Its really good cold, too.
I was curious about that smoked ketchup, too, and Googled a couple of recipes. The tomatoes and other vegetables get smoked then made into ketchup. Sounds good!
