  My first snickerdoodle anything.
  Nice dessert cupcake with plenty of icing. Good taste.
  I did run into trouble with the recipe.
  It made 18 instead of 12 muffins.
  It took 10 more minutes to bake. Might have been due to the tin and drip pan for the extra half dozen muffins.
  Not enough liquid to make the icing at 4 cups sugar. Once enough liquid was added, there was enough icing for a minimum of 2 dozen muffins slathered on thick.
  No complaints about the taste.
  Pare back sugar to 2 cups and it should turn out just right.
