  These soups are addicting! I made soup #21 this time the Italian Wedding Soup. It was delicious! I couldn't find any escarole (maybe its out of season ?) so I subbed kale which worked out beautifully! I made my own tiny meatballs with ground beef, parmesan, parsley, egg, S&P. Can't wait to try another soup from here!!!
