    It's a deep chocolate flavor. A cake-like brownie that gets gooey when chewed. Moist and satisfying.

    Mother did a full gainer into the pan before it was fully cool.
    Couldn't really taste the sourdough component but I'm sure it was there. Made this with a homemade Butter

    I was tempted to let the sourdough starter work on the flour to get a little more height to the brownies, but didn't.
