Sourdough Chocolate Espresso Brownies Recipe

Sourdough Chocolate Espresso Brownies Recipe
These are so good! Not too sweet. The sourdough starter and espresso add a rich complex flavor to these brownies. Great with a cup of coffee and for a special treat serve warm with a scoop of vanilla or coffee ice cream!

  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400* and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa and mix well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients in the order given, mixing well after each addition.

  5. Test center with a toothpick for doneness. Do Not Over Bake!
  6. Cool in pan on wire rack. Serve warm or cooled.
