Southern Fried Baked Steak

    The flavor was great on this and the steak was super tender. I kind of just guessed that the milk be whisked in with the eggs and the salt and pepper be mixed into the flour. I really wish there had been some left over sauce in the pan when this was done cooking because I was counting on it and made rice, but there was none. Everyone enjoyed it though and it was all eaten up!
