Southern Fried Baked Steak

So super delightful and so super good!
Ingredients
How to make it
- Cut the round steak into serving sized pieces.
- Place in flour, egg and again into the flour.
- Fry in oil till brown on both sides.
- Drain.
- Take a 9x13 pan and place the sliced onions on bottom.
- Place steak on top and add the beef broth.
- Place aluminum foil over top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours
- uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
- Comes out super tender it melts in your mouth.
