  Made this for dinner last night. This is the FIRST time that chicken has turned out for me in a crock pot. It came out so, so tender and juicy. I used 4 very large b/s breast and cooked for 4.5 hrs on low. There was a little more tomato-y flavor then I would have liked, but the tender and juiciness of the chicken made it impossible not to go back for seconds. Thanks, Pleclare, for my first successful and delicious chicken crock pot outcome.

  That looks good! I find if you cook chicken breast in the SC over 5 hours they get dry. SUPER DRY! I love crock pot recipes so I am definitely saving this one! Thanks for showing us another good one from Pleclare.
