How to make it

  • With sharp knife,cut leg quarters at joints,if desired. Place in 4 qt slow cooker.
  • In small bowl,combine tomato sauce,soy sauce,brown sugar and garlic;pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or till meat thermometer reads 180.
