Sparow65's Spaghetti N Spinach Pie

I made this today and have added photos
    http://www.grouprecipes.com/43986/spaghetti-n-spinach-pie.html

The angel hair "crust" came out just as advertised. I followed the direction on rolling out the cream cheese but couldn't get it off the wax paper in a nice sheet. So I scooped and plopped it on the bottom of the crust and figured it would work itself out in the oven which it did.

The meat mixture is really wonderful. I didn't have a pre-packaged Cajun spice so looked it up and found Emeril's mix. I now have Cajun spice from now until the end of time :) But its a good one.

The consistency and presentation of this dish is great. Really loved it. HIgh 5 Sparow.

I meant to mention that this really sliced nicely after it stood for 10 or 15 minutes. No mess at all :)

Thank you so much for showing us this one!!! It sounds so interesting! I'll definitely be trying this one soon!!!

    Great pics also!

It looks like you used fresh spinach instead of frozen.

I always use fresh instead of frozen if there is anyway to do it. I guess that may be a disqualification for not having changed the recipe but I don't think it did. Guess Sparow would have to weigh in on that.
