From an old Taste of Home, was a 2nd place winner in one of their contests. Easy and wonderful! Love this one, it has a different spin on the way the ingredients are put together. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.

Sounds interesting. I'm trying to picture what the crust comes out like. Don't the noodles go beyond chewy?

I have put together the shopping list for what I don't have. I will only be changing two things for my diet: Eggstirs instead of eggs, 93/7 ground beef and non-fat cream cheese. With those changes this calculates out to a surprising low-fat meal that fits easily within my carb restrictions. Leaves room for a nice salad side dish. Thanks and I'll let you know how it turns and out and try to remember to take a picture.

Thanks Otter! yes, I always use 935 lean ground beef. I use lowfat cream cheese, becuase there is so much more flavor and not much difference in content. Can't wait to hear how it turns out!

This came out great. Did a write up for "I Made It". Added the photos.
