This was posted by Peetabear. Did them last night,added a little more jalapeno and a little more cilantro. Absolutely delicious. Will upload pic. when the site cooperates.

She's doing pretty good...but the chemo is really wearing her out! She has one more treatment to go and then she'll be done. Hopefully she won't need radiation. At least she'll be home for Mother's Day! =) Then she'll go back to Manhattan in 2 weeks for her last treatment. With that bombing attempt the other day, Ill be glad when I'm not commuting there anymore! Too scarey!!!
