Made this last night. Love Filet Mignon and this recipe was perfect for what I was looking for. Does not overpower the taste of the steak. I grilled 6 minutes each side at just under 700. Also made Joe's sauteed mushrooms. I love mushrooms too and these had tons of flavor Both recipes took 30 minutes including pre-heating the grill.

I made the spicy steak...and it was good! I'm not used to having a rub on my steak like this...usually I season with salt and pepper and baste with garlic butter as it's grilling, so this was new to us. Although this was good, I think we still like our usual better :) Added my not so great pic. Wanted to add a sliced up pic as well but my husband took the camera from me and told me he was ready to eat lol! Oh well! I also found this recipe on AR so I will go and review it there too.
