    OK - here I go again -
    I cut this recipe in half.
    :-D
    I had what pso would call two breast fillets. I marinated these while the charcoal got hot. Probably about 20 minutes. I liked the honey spread on at the end. I have never seen a recipe that used honey like that before. Just a tad bit of heat from the Sriracha. Just enough for me. Keni would have tripled it but that is another story. :)
