  I didn't have the herb dressing that I believed I did, so I made my own. I could have picked better herbs, but that was my error – not the recipe's. I liked them hot or cold but they are best hot. Some thought a dipping sauce would be good. Perhaps some kind of lemon based.
  We will make these again and want to try other veggies. The convenience of having them frozen and just cooking as many as you want is a real plus.
