  At first blush the 2qt dish is not very full of ingredients. The croutons on top are hard.
  If I had a full set of choppers it probably would not be an issue for me.
  Veggies are done but don't look like it. And they scatter like hash browns.
  There is good flavor here. In making it again I would add an egg and a little cream for a binder.
  Made my own croutons out of sourdough bread but I don't think there would be a problem in using bread crumbs on the top.
