Steak Quesadillas With Roasted Peppers And Bousin

    I used leftover grilled steak in this and roasted my own peppers, yellow ones. Okay so I figured Pleclare meant Boursin cheese, so that's what I used. This was so good!! Oh and I didn't slice my steak, I chopped it up into little pieces...served it with some salsa on the side and it was a perfect lunch!

    Used the cheddar too...which it needed...the boursin on its own is so creamy it needed the cheddar to hold it in place for the melting process...
