    Stir Fry Broccoli Stems

    I usually use the broccoli stems for soup and really never thought of another use to them. This is a very good recipe. I loved the smoky flavor of the sesame oil against the fresh flavor of the broccoli stems. I'll definitely be doing this often.

    Exactly my thoughts Frankieanne. I always try to take advantage of the whole vegetables but usually use them in soups. Here in Portugal we are huge fans of vegetable soup of all kinds. We don't add milk or cream to it though and it is pretty healthy ;)
