  Good flavor.
  Recipe is open to interpretation.
  My large squash fit 2 into an 10x15 casserole dish. I'm thinking the author meant to use "large" supermarket size.
  "scoop out center", my interpretation was to take out the seeds but it just as well could have been to scoop out the meat of the squash too.
  I had to foil the dish for some extended baking time because my squash were so large.
  In making this again I would opt to scoop out the entire center leaving just a rim of meat as in twice baked potatoes.
