This was some really good mac and cheese!! I don't think I have ever used that many varieties of cheese before...but it is great stuff! My kids got their veggies in a really sneaky way too ;) I used elbow pasta in mine....

I did use them Frankie, but less, just on that I only had one cob of corn (how does that happen?) and half a zucchini (again weird ;). So in the pic it really doesn't look like I used the veggies lol!
