Sun-dried Tomato Turkey Panini

  Surprise, surprise! I made a panini!
  
  I didn't have the sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, but I prefer to make my own dressings anyway, so I chopped up some sun-dried tomatoes and whisked in some red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. It worked great! This was a delicious little panini!
