Sunshine Fruit Bars/saved a recipe from Pointsevenout.

This was easy to put together, a big plus in my book! They are cake like and quite delicious:) I used dried figs ('cause that's all I had) and the taste reminded me of a really good fig newton, anyway, any dried fruit would work well in this...very nice recipe Points, thank your Mom for bringing this recipe home!

No, I used glass, that's all I have..I asked Points if it would be ok and he said he thought so, the browning in the bottom might be better with a metal pan, but these turned out perfect...thanks for the compliment, but I'm afraid I did cut these before they were cooled completely , even though he said not to:( What's wrong with me?!?) They were a little crumbly, just cause they were still hot!! Right now they are have cooled and this is when I should have taken the pic:D
