I've had this bookmarked since it was posted! Takes me a while sometimes. :)
This was really tasty. I used a bit of Sweet Baby Ray's I had but I didn't have enough for 1/2 cup so I also used a Kraft Honey BBQ sauce. I stirred everything up in a bowl and poured it into a foil lined pan. The sauce wasn't very fatty so I ended up pouring some on rice. I made this for lunch but it was so good I had a second thigh and more rice with sauce. Now I need a nap. :)
