  A Dutch Baby by any other name still tastes the same.
  This one has enough batter in it to make a thick creamy heavy custard at the bottom of its souffle looks. A lot of the oven pancakes out there are too thin to really enjoy. This one is nice and thick and a joy to eat.
  Will have to go heavier on the greasing of the casserole dish next time to keep it from sticking.

  Title should be singular. Truly it is only one cake.

  Glad you enjoyed it P! Thanks for the pic and the nice review. LOL on the title...always cut them into squares when serving the kids, and there was enough for them to eat more than one, so that's what we called them.
