Sweet And Sour Kielbasa
I won't make this again. I didn't want to rate it but, for some reason, I couldn't post my message unless I did. I hope that's not a new rule or something. Anyway - this was way, way too ketchupy. No sour at all. Ratio of pepper and salt is way off. Might as well leave it out. I'm wondering if there is an ingredient missing for the sour. I could not finish this. My dog, Sammy, liked it though. I picked out the rest of the kielbasa and rinsed the sauce down the drain. Not being able to eat my dinner saved room for a good dessert.
Fresh Raspberry Cobbler
Served the kielbasa over Perfect Rice
