Fresh Raspberry Cobbler

- 1 stick butter melted shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 cups fresh raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and pour into a large 9 inch or 10 inch pan ( I used the 10 inch square pan )
- Mix the eggs , milk and vanilla with a whisk to combine well
- Add the flour, sugar and baking powder and stir well to combine
- Do not over mix
- Pour this onto the melted butter and do not stir or mix
- Place berries evenly over the top but do not mix in ( they will fall to the bottom when baking )
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven until mixture does not jiggle and is set in center, about 40 minutes
- Cool to warm
- Cut out pieces
- Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or custard,
