    Sweet Bread Portugal Delight
This is a delicious loaf of bread but I had some trouble with the instructions. Unanswered asterisks are a pet peeve of mine. I would have rated it 4.5 stars for that but there is no such thing. I am going to make some French toast with this for breakfast.
The little dent in the bottom is from my bread machine paddle. Dents in the loaf are from me dumping it in the pan. You will notice, pso, that I treated myself and got all of my knives professionally sharpened this past year. :-P

I don't see any unanswered asterisks.
Nice that there isn't any saw marks in your loaf.
I think I would have knocked it down, hand kneaded, and let it rise again. The texture of the bread is uneven with the different sized holes. And bread with sugar takes a longer time to rise.

What is the asterisk after 375 for? I don't see a corresponding one.
    It makes great French toast.

Nice colour on the bread, Frankie. I think the asterisks was a typo and that the submitter meant degree º.

Thank you! Perhaps you are right. My keyboard doesn't have a degree mark on it but I suppose one can find one somewhere! :)

It is a substitute for degrees. The poster probably doesn't have the proper script to make the character or doesn't know how to find it, like Gaspesiangal does.

    I always just use an F. :)

That bread looks great, good job FA :) I had to look up how to do a degree sign, just for the heck of it. Hold alt and type on your number pad 0176. ° see!

For those on a Mac it's the option key and the 0 so º. I had to google it too.

With the dough playing silly buggers and sticking to the pan, I bet you used an F or two, Frankie! ;) Nice looking bread, though, and French toast sounds good, too!

Yeah, I've been known to use that word a time or two. Or more. :-) Thank you!
