Sweet Focaccia

    Recipe by Midgelet: Sweet Focaccia/saved
    A good twist on focaccia making it more of a dessert bread. It taste like cinnamon raisin bread with the heavier chew of a focaccia loaf.
    Kneaded this in a food processor then hand kneaded in the raisins after the dough was well developed with gluten.
    Had one full cup of water left over. Maybe that's a typo in the recipe. I sure hope so.
    Brushed the top with olive oil then added a cinnamon/powdered sugar mix to top that
    Loaf had to rise for 2 hours because of all the sugar in the recipe.
    All came out according to the recipe except for the water amount.
