Sweet Focaccia Recipe

Ingredients

Dough:

2 1/2 c Water

1 pk Yeast

1/4 c Oil ( olive )

1 Egg

5 c Flour

3/4 c Sugar

Pinch salt

1/2 c Raisins ( dark, gold or a mixture )

Topping:

Sugar/cinnamon as desired

optional: halved seedles purple grapes

optional: drizzles of fruity light olive oil

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

add oil and egg.

add to dry ingrdients and mix well into a soft kneadble dough

Add raisns and knead well. until smooth and elastic

Allow to to rise once double in bulk.( in a greased bowl, covered in a warm place )

Punch down lightly and press out or roll out to fit a greased jellyroll

or baking pan.

Press fingers t dough lightly here and there to form a little depression

Drizzle with oil if desired

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or cooked and golden

Note: halved seedless purple grapes are also a nice sweet topping addition to the recipe
