Super fantastic and easy recipe! I stole the idea to make these last night from DetroitTokyo in the ODD group! :) I wanted something that didn't need a lot of hands on attention and fussing and this was it for sure. I was SO pleasantly surprised at how the sauce came out and the overall flavor of these was so delightful - this will definitely be made often at our house from now on. I had 5 thick cut chops, so I doubled the sauce recipe and it made the perfect amount. Since I decided to make them while @ work, I couldn't marinate them, so I will try marinating ahead of time next time. I had a longer cooking time then the recipe indicates, since my chops were quite thick - so if you are planning to use thick chops plan for more time. I am planning to try this sauce and method with chicken and possibly fish as well. So fabulous - thanks for the great recipe!! :)

I made these last week too but am just getting around to uploading pics & posting reviews. I used thin bone-in chops and cooked them for 40 minutes but I think they would have been done at the 30-minute mark. I don't have a meat thermometer (on the list). I marinated them for about 7-8 hours, not overnight. Overall we enjoyed them.
