I made these last week too but am just getting around to uploading pics & posting reviews. I used thin bone-in chops and cooked them for 40 minutes but I think they would have been done at the 30-minute mark. I don't have a meat thermometer (on the list). I marinated them for about 7-8 hours, not overnight. Overall we enjoyed them.

Super fantastic and easy recipe! I was SO pleasantly surprised at how the sauce came out and the overall flavor of these was so delightful - this will definitely be made often at our house from now on. I had 5 thick cut chops, so I doubled the sauce recipe and it made the perfect amount. I wasn't able to marinate them ahead of time, but the flavor was still great, I will try marinating ahead of time next time though. I had a longer cooking time then the recipe indicates, since my chops were quite thick - so if you are planning to use thick chops plan for more time. So fabulous - thanks for the great recipe!! :)

Do you think this will work just as well with thin bone-in chops? Do you think it will affect the cook time?

That's just what mother said. "Yummy!"
Made a pic for you. Paired it with yellow rice/w cheese and green beans with cabbage, spiked with mesquite smoke flavor.
